Terms and conditions: Welcome to the Bull18 cleaners. Our Terms & Conditions explain the rights, obligations and responsibilities of all parties to this Agreement. These terms and conditions can be varied or amended subject to prior written agreement. This agreement is effective as of 01/01/2016 and Bull18 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Use of our services constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions by customer. We strongly recommend you to go through these terms before browsing the content on the other pages of the website.

General terms:

  • Bull18 cleaning service will provide the residential and commercial cleaning service agreed by us and the customer at the time of booking.
  • Any changes to the service should be informed prior to us by the customer. Customer must ask the concerned representative directly about the change.
  • Customer must clearly communicate any specific requirements or instructions to our cleaners in order for us to provide the appropriate and satisfactory service.
  • Arrival time programmed originally is not assured, since delays may occur due to conditions beyond our control.

Customer Responsibility:

  • If customer wants to use his/ her own products all the equipment and products provided by the customer must be in working condition.
  • Customer must provide access to hot/cold water to the cleaners.
  • Pets must be removed, locked away or restrained on premises to provide our cleaners with a safe work space.

Quotes:

  • We reserve the right to alter any previously quoted price for our cleaning service.
  • Prices quoted over the phone for cleaning services are only an estimate for the job since physical inspection has not yet been done. All such quoted prices are subject to variation depending on the actual condition of the premises or the area to be cleaned.
  • Additional Travel charges may obtain for distant located addresses where cleaning service is required.
  • Minimum of 2 hours will be charged for all hourly priced cleaning jobs. Additional time on job will be charged on half hourly increments, or as otherwise agreed upon.

Hazard, theft and damage:

  • Customer must also provide with details of any health hazards and dangers that may be there at the premises scheduled to be cleaned
  • Bull18 is not responsible for any hazard and damage caused by the products and equipments provided by the customer
  • The customer must report to an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft occurred due to any act of the Cleaner within 24 hours

Health and safety:

  • The customer is responsible for providing a healthy and safe environment to the cleaners. Our cleaners are strictly advised not to enter to any unsafe environment.
  • Our Cleaners are instructed not to climb and stand on leaders, stools or any other objects. However, they may use two bottom rung step leaders as long it is safe to do so of cleaning.

Relocating Heavy items:

  • If Customer requires additional tasks e.g. cleaning behind, under and sides of fridges, washing machines, couches or any other heavy items; the Customer is responsible for moving items prior to cleaning by our Cleaners. Bull18 will not be held responsible for damage to floors, including polished timber floors caused by the moving of Customer’s furniture for the purpose
  • Unless agreed by us in writing, we will not disconnect, re-connect, dismantle or re-assemble appliances, fixtures, fittings or equipment.
  • Dismantle or assemble garden furniture and equipment including, but not limited to: sheds, greenhouses, garden shelters, outdoor play equipment, and satellite dishes, or move paving slabs, planters and the like.

Cancellation:

  • The Customer must notify at least 24 hours prior to the Service Time, if they wish to suspend, postpone or cancel the Service for any reason. In case the Customer does not provide 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of the Service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to 2 hours cleaning (inclusive of GST) for executive costs and loss.
  • Unless agreed by us in writing, we will not disconnect, re-connect, dismantle or re-assemble appliances, fixtures, fittings or equipment.
  • Dismantle or assemble garden furniture and equipment including, but not limited to: sheds, greenhouses, garden shelters, outdoor play equipment, and satellite dishes, or move paving slabs, planters and the like.

Parking:

  • Customer must assure about the parking space within 100 meters area around the premises.
  • Parking for our Vehicle must be arranged for by Customer prior to our arrival at given address.

Staff Abuse:

  • Verbal or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. If the cleaner is forced to leave the job because of verbal or any other abuse from the customer; the customer will still be liable to pay in full.

Damage to premises or property other than goods:

  • If we cause damage as a result of cleaning and relocating goods under your expressed instructions, against our advice, and where moving the goods in the manner instructed is likely to cause damage, we shall not be liable.

Claims:

  • No refund claims will be considered once the service has been completed and our cleaners have left the property.

Termination:

  • It is in our right, to decline to do any job; if there is wrong information provided at the time of booking/quote by the customer.
  • If movers are not comfortable to perform the job due to unacceptable behavior of the customer.
  • If the work environment is not safe to perform the job. And there are safety issues.

Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Australia and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Melbourne Court.
